Just like natural eggs laid by hens, our handcrafted process sometimes produces imperfect eggs. We would never call them "bad eggs," but since they don't meet our quality standards, we are happy to offer them to you at a discount. These eggs are in fair condition but may have one or more of the following imperfections;
a "spare tire" around the middle
yellow patches or discolorations
blackened spots
uneven patches/texture
pin holes
cracks
slightly out of shape
chipped or flaked paint
uneven or patchy paint
